I tasted them and I wasn't a big fan of them the sweetness was perfect but then you taste a bitter taste I'm guessing the vitamins make the gummy taste that way. My fiance happened to enjoy his and he said that they give him energy. I on the other hand didn't feel like it gave me energy.
